Ingredients:
1 kg chicken pieces
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chili
1 cup sliced onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 small chopped tomato
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp butter
3-4 green chili
2 tbsp fresh coriander
Instructions:
1. Mix the chicken pieces with lime juice, salt, turmeric, and red chili
2. Let the mixture rest for minimum 20 minutes while covered
3. Drizzle cooking oil in a large frying pan
4. Sauté sliced onions until golden brown then remove from pan
5. Add minced garlic and ginger along with the chicken mixture
6. Stir fry for 10 minutes on high heat
7. Add chopped tomatoes, ground coriander, and garam masala
8. Stir fry for another 5 minutes on high heat
9. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat with lid on
10. Add fried onions and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat with lid on
11. Add butter, green chilies, and freshly chopped coriander leaves
12. Ready to Enjoy!
