Sint-Martens-Latem in Belgium is one of the best residential areas in Belgium.

What a beautiful and calm area!
From what I observed, 8 out of 10 houses, own a private boat. How cool is that?

PS: when riding around, one is supposed to ride aa slow as possible, not damage people’s compounds.
Be careful when riding with your boat a long Sint-Martins-Latem.
