Edibility criteria \ how to calculate merit
At least 65 percent total percentage is required to get admission in medical University. It is necessary to do Intermediate FSC (Pre-medical) only
2022 Total Aggregate calculation
Formula no 1
Total calculation = obtain marks /total marks *percentage
Intermediate FSC (pre medical): 50% marks
MDCAT Entry Test: 50 % marks
FORMULA NO 2
Matric (biology) = 10 % marks
Intermediate FSC (pre medical): 40% marks
MDCAT Entry Test: 50 % marks
Note: (Some universities add 10 percent marks of matric)

MDCAT Registration date 2022 procedure and Fee
Starting from: 25th May
Ending on: 5th July
• PMC MDCAT Test Dates 2022 for Pakistani Students: September 07, 2022 to September 30, 2022
• PMC MDCAT Test Dates 2022-International Students: October 01, 2022
Fee
Amount Rs 6000/- as MDCAT registration fee online 2022 and can be submitted at any MCB branches near to you
Step 1: Go to PMC login for online registration for MDCAT test 2022 to www.pmc.gov.pk
Step 2: Sign up for an account. Remember the username and password as MDCAT registration number. Your roll no slip and result will be delivered to this Email provided to PMC
Step 3: After signing up, you will receive confirmation email to email provided at PMC portal. Click on Verify Account. Fill the form with complete details and remember to enter CNIC or Passport number accurately.
Step 4: After registration click on Pay Now. Pay the fee credit card or Bank. You do not need to upload the paid challan to the PMC portal. It will automatically uploaded by PMC.
Step 5 verify the information and then Roll no will be delivered to your email provided.
Subjects of MDCAT
MDCAT test is based on these subjects. Test will be in a MCQs form
• PHYSICS
• Chemistry
• English
• Biology
• logical reasoning
Paper pattern For ECAT
Total Marks of MDCAT Exam is 210 and paper will be Multiple Choice Questions based on the contents that students study during their intermediate education level.
• Biology = 68 MCQS
• Chemistry = 56 MCQS
• Physics = 56 MCQS
• English = 20 MSQS
• Logical Reasoning Questions = 10 MSQS
Total no of MCQS will be = 210
Note: Each MCQ will be of 1 marks and you should know MDCAT passing marks 2022 which are 136.5 or as a whole 137.
