In today's episode, I'll speak with Yehudis Goldsobel about sexual abuse and violence awareness and her journey thus far. Yehudis Shares how she was sexually abused as a child and speaks about her betrayal and the change she hopes to see when it comes to safeguarding children today. Yehudis has created a charity, Migdal Emunah, providing a support service for Jewish children, women, and men who have experienced sexual abuse. They also provide education for the Jewish community in the UK, as well as professionals from other communities across the UK. They provide a variety of practical and emotional support for anyone affected by the trauma of sexual abuse. Migdal Emunah actively engages in raising awareness of sexual abuse and challenging the myths and taboos surrounding abuse.

She hopes that this, along with telling her story, will encourage others to come forward and that by raising awareness no one else will have to suffer as she did.
