Goji Berry Smoothie - Orange Goji Smoothie | How to Make a Smoothie
Ingredients:
• 2 Peeled, de-seeded, and chopped oranges.
• 1 Frozen banana
• 1/3 Cup dried goji berries
• 2 tablespoons xxx seeds(check in video)
• ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
• 2 Cups ice
• Sweetener, to taste(Optional)
Method:
Blend all the ingredients together, except for the ice, until smooth. Add the ice and blend once more until frosty. Taste, and adjust sweetness if desired.
SUPERFOOD BOOST:
Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to slow down the release of fruit sugars into the bloodstream, promoting sustainable energy.
