Suns out Buns out: #recipe 180g all purpose flour, 20ml milk, 1/2 tsp instant yeast, 100g warm water, 17g sugar, 17g oil, 1 tsp baking powder. 💥 fluffiest and softest baos you’ll ever taste! Soft like me 😁 (should make about 8 buns)
My #Method: mixed together then knead 5 minutes, check for gluten then proofed for hour and a half before kneading out bubbles and rolling again. Cutting 8 cm circles, oiling and folding over the oiled side so that they open up after cooking.
After rolling proof covered for 30’minutes again to fluff up more and ready to go into the bamboo steamer for 12 minutes.
