CORRECTION: Device is USB2.0 not 3.0 but the problem can still be experienced over 3.0 ports.

Go with BT 4.0 as the VR controllers need as much bandwidth as possible. If you want more information on Bluetooth and USB 3.0 interference, see the website below. This WILL affect the performance of VR controllers and could be falsely attributed to the VR hardware.
