On Friday the 13th of December 2024 ex LNER class A4 Pacific number 60007 "Sir Nigel Gresley" made another run through Atherstone railway station, this time heading a railtour from Colchester (60007 took charge from Peterborough) to Chester.
Seen passing through Atherstone as well as a nearly new class 807 and a freight using the UP fast (due to track damage in the Polesworth area)
