- Preriscalda il forno a 180 gradi
Taglia a metà la pera e rimuovi il centro con un cucchiaio
- spalma l’olio di cocco sulla superficie delle pere
- posiziona le pere con la parte scavata al centro sopra su una teglia
- aggiungi su ogni pera:
• 1 cucchiaino di cannella
• 1 cucchiaio di zucchero
• 1 cucchiaino di zenzero in polvere
• stecche di cannella
• succo di lime e timo
Cuoci a 130 gradi per 30 minuti
Per la frutta secca caramella metti in padella con un cucchiaio di olio di cocco 60g di mandorle e 60g di noci. Cuoci per 5 minuti a fuoco medio mescolando continuamente.

First pre heat the oven at 180C
Halve pears and remove the core with small spoon
Smear coconut oil on top of the pear halves.
Place cut side up in your baking dish.
Sprinkle on top of pears
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon barks
Sprinkle juice from 1 lime
Small piece of thymes

Bake at 180C for 30 minutes

To make caramelised nuts add to a frying pan coconut oil 1 tablespoon makes syrup, 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/2 cup almonds. On medium heat fry for 5 minutes continuously stirring.

🇪🇸 Peras cocidas rellenas 🍐.
- Precalentar el horno a 180 grados
Cortar la pera por la mitad y sacar el centro con una cuchara
- untar la superficie de las peras con aceite de coco
- colocar las peras con la parte ahuecada en el centro sobre una bandeja de horno
- añadir en cada pera
- 1 cucharadita de canela
- 1 cucharada de azúcar
- 1 cucharadita de jengibre en polvo
- palitos de canela
- zumo de lima y tomillo
Hornear a 130 grados durante 30 minutos
Para el caramelo de frutos secos, poner 60 g de almendras y 60 g de nueces en una sartén con una cucharada de aceite de coco. Cocinar durante 5 minutos a fuego medio, removiendo continuamente.
