The 1-2-4-ALL technique addresses the need for the group to self generate ideas in a structured manner and no matter how large the groups actually is. Too many events are too top down, there is not enough opportunity for input and are too loose and too disorganised to generate any valuable input. Using 1-2-4-ALL remedies that and helps include and unleash everyone's ideas using breakout rooms in a formal manner.
