*These calories and macros can be adjust to your liking depending on the protein and the amount of rice you use.
Ingredients I used in the video:
300g cooked white rice
250g lemongrass marinated chicken thigh (raw)
100g cucumber
Knorr's liquid seasoning to taste (I used around 1 1/2 tbsp)
Method
1. Cut the cucumber into circles and then cut them again length ways (refer to video on how I cut it).
2. Heat up your cooked rice and cooked protein. Then add the cooked rice, cooked protein of choice, and chopped cucumber into a bowl.
3. Add Knorr's Liquid Seasoning and give it a mix. If it's not salty enough adjust the seasoning amount to taste!
