In this video, Michael Santonato, financial advisor with Experior Financial Group in the province of Ontario, shares a case study of one of his clients where he helped them save money over the short term, long term, and receive extra benefits at the same time.


These clients were focused on savings and preparing for a child.
They were unhappy with their previous advisor when they came to Michael.

In their analysis and fact finding, Michael found a product they had which left them vulnerable to loss and found an alternative which covered that loss and gave them savings in the long term.

Whenever you're sitting down with a financial advisor or any professional, always ask "Why?".

It also helps to ask "What are the alternative options?" If my clients had done that, they would have been able to save even more money in the long run.

According to a survey done by Smart Money Magazine in 2001 at age 65: 54% of people are still dependent upon the government or a family member or friend for their lifestyle needs.
36% of people are still having to work at age 65.

If we add these 2 numbers together, we get 90%.why do 90% of people fail when it comes to their finances?
