One question I get asked a lot is, "Is it dry skin or is it eczema?" Actually, they can be the same thing. Around 1 in 5 children develop eczema. Most of them by the age of 5 years and the main symptoms are dry, red, and itchy, skin. It can effect any part of the body, but in children it tends to effect their face, their neck, and the creases of the arms and the legs.
