Evaluation and Systems Thinking: A Deep Dive Highlighting the steps Towards Systemness

Successfully addressing NMDOH requires a systems-level approach, yet we still mostly operate as silos. This session is tailored for organizations that are further along in their evaluation journey and will build upon the systems thinking concepts. Presenters will provide examples of initiatives that have transitioned from a focus on individual goals towards collective impact. The discussion will cover shared governance, data access and incentive alignment. Participants will understand how to assess their current state and the steps to take on their evaluation journey towards systemness.
