Bidens Alba (or Bidens Pilosa) has tons of amazing medicinal properties! While it’s edible, you may want to limit raw consumption as it *may* irritate your throat. We use it medicinally as a natural antibiotic tincture. Be careful it to harvest from contaminated sites since it’s a toxic-waste reclamation plant. Bidens Alba has been used throughout history to treat: systemic infections, systemic staph, malaria, babesia, leishmania, plus many other resistant organisms bidens is active against. This plant holds a special place in my heart because it’s the first plant I learned about that’s medicinal.
