As has become typical of my spooky, Halloween and darker tunes, it still has a touch of folkiness in there. I just can't help myself, and I much prefer the spookier side to the horror side anyway.

As I was writing this, I kicked off with piano as usual as I added in all the folky small percussion and thought, well, this isn't scary. But with the whispers and noises, jaw harp and all the other odd sounds that make up this song, it started to get a swamp-feel. I have no idea how to explain this without sounding absolutely insane, but it sounds damp. Damp and dangerous, as if you're being watched by some magic undead swamp being with dead eyes.

I'm not crazy, you're crazy!
