Your Google Ads CTR is important as firstly it means you'll get a bigger share of the available clicks in your niche, because your ad is more appealing to your target user.

But its also a good indicator to Google on the quality of your ads and feeds into 1 of the 3 factors that determine quality score. As you know by now, a higher quality score means potentially cheaper traffic.

So in this video we're going to explore 4 ways you can boost your CTR and improve your CTR if you're seeing a low CTR in your account.

What is a good CTR? well it depends on the niche. Some SERPS have a lot of places a user can click above the fold, like the map local pack, shopping ads. These factors affect CTR, but in terms of a number for a "good" CTR.

but what we can see is that the average CTR across all industries is about 3.3% - so setting that number as an average, you should look to exceed this to technically have a "good" CTR.
