President uhuru kenyatta and his deputy william Ruto have called for peace and unity ahead of the general election.
Speaking at the national prayer breakfast meeting this morning, the leaders called for political tolerance from the political players involved to avoid dividing the country and plunging it into chaos. President Uhuru Kenyatta used the prayer meeting to reach out to the opposition urging them to preach peace at their political meetings promising to uphold the same in theirs. Speakers at the meeting echoed the two leaders sentiments calling on Kenyans to uphold the prayer that is the National Anthem.
