As CEO of DoSomething.org, Nancy Lublin turned a hopeful organization into one of the world's most influential not-for-profit volunteer groups. The outpouring of teens texting Do Something for personal help led Lublin to found the Crisis Text Line, the nation's first 24/7 text message-based helpline, which will launch in August 2013. Nancy talks outlines some of the obstacles she had to overcome in the creation of the Crisis Text Line.
