A short film by Dom Pérignon, featuring the launch of their Vintage 2003 Plénitude 2 at Woods Quay with an exclusive series of lunches and dinners by Michelin starred chef, Simon Rogan and his protege, Oli Marlow.
As very early visitors to Woods Quay after completion, the Dom Pérignon creatives loved the story of the newly reborn, contemporary quay on the site of an 1866 steamship pier. Reusing the same mooring fixings and entrance apertures through the Victoria Embankment walls.
The narrative of the quay reflected the ‘second life’ of Vintage 2003 Plénitude 2 with close to 17 years of slow, controlled transformation in the deep, cool cellars of Dom Pérignon, the Vintage 2003 Plénitude 2 is now considered by the Chef de Cave, Vincent Chaperon, to be at its peak of vitality and in the prime of its second life. It's Plénitude 2.
