Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a boat ride on the Ganga river today at Atal Ghat, Kanpur, with top state government leaders from the National Democractic Alliance, the coalition of parties headed by the BJP.

The leaders who accompanied him were Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat and Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi (instead of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar).
