In today's video I will be giving you guys an overview of the BRAND NEW patch notes for MK11 in which we see that Robocop, Rambo, and DEFINITELY Shao Kahn get buffs for MK11 while Sheeva gets NERFED... thank goodness for that! I will be discussing my thoughts and opinions on the patch and balance notes, while looking over what has changed, and also giving my opinions and current prospective on the game right now.
