In this video, I’m gonna show you how I track my calories and macros using a combination of MyFitnessPal and Google Spreadsheets.
In my last video, you guys saw me go on a calorie controlled diet where I tracked absolutely everything for 56 days but since then, I’ve been continuing to track my diet where possible and I thought, given that some of you have been asking, I’d make a quick video on tracking your calories and macros as I think tracking is totally underrated when it comes to achieving your body composition goals.
