This running and hiking and walking movie follows me and Lisa running and hiking from Newton Under Roseberry to Captain Cook's Monument via Roseberry Topping. The location is the North York Moors National Park and for the most park we stayed on The Cleveland Way. We fuelled our run with Chia Charge Flapjacks and Active Root Gel Mix and Ginger Drink.
