In 2023 I set off to ride the Colorado Backcountry Discovery Route from North to South. After solo success on the WABDR the previous year and experience with GPS mapping and motocamping through other trial trips I knew there was a good chance of a clean run.
Our group successfully navigated the nearly 1,000 mile-long trail with minimal mechanical issues and no injuries. We followed a modified route that ended in Telluride after Black Bear pass to optimize our time riding in our favorite environments.
Follow along with our antics and story. Thanks for watching!
