In this second video, my local buddies Silvio (Brazilian) and Matias (Argentinian who lives in Brazil) were en route to Rio de Janeiro from Sao Paulo. In the middle, we passed by Silvio and Matias' favourite beach resort towns in Brazil - Ubatuba and Paraty. Here is where I tried some of Brazil's signature dishes - Bolinhos de bacalhau (cod dumpling), bobó de camarão (shrimp and manioc based rice dish), and queijo coalho (grilled cheese skewers)
