At the Can Tho Night Market, we saw a bunch of kids pull up on their scooters ordering this so we had to try it! It's Banh Trang Nuong or what I like to call a Vietnamese Quesadilla. Quail egg, påté, fried shallots and onions, herbs, mayo, and sweet chili wrapped in a toasted rice paper. So fantastic we went right back for another. All for the amazing price of 35 cents.
