All Trailers 10+ years in age or around the 20K or less price are not sold as over-the-road trailers but as cheap trailers for farm use. Any items needed to pass a DOT inspection or breakdowns along the way are at an additional expense to the buyer. These cheap old trailers are mostly project units by the rule of thumb. Old and cheap do not equal quality.
