here's my easy way of creating a balloon garland cake topper. It seriously adds lots of cuteness and fun to the cake!
All you need is a string and some balloons! Blow them in different sizes to add a nice touch! Get creative and tag me on Instagram whenever you do one!
ps, it does not have to be a cake topper, it can be made for decoration too!!
