In this video I am putting the very first shots through my brand new ThunderBeast (TBAC) Magnus-HUB suppressor, and testing it against my Dead Air Nomad-LT. I'm shooting it on my 16" Christensen Arms MPR (Modern Precision Rifle) with Berger 210 VLD handloads. The rifle has a flat-face TriggerTech trigger, an MDT 10-rd magazine, and an ERGO SureGrip grip on it. It has a Kahles K624i CCW RSW 6-24x56 scope with the SKMR4 MIL reticle, in a set of American Rifle Company M-Brace 34mm rings on top of the factory Christensen Arms 20MOA base that comes standard on the rifle. I'm shooting the gongs @ 200 yards.
Both of these suppressers sound absolutely amazing! And they are 2 of the quietest .30 caliber suppressors currently on the market. If you've ever shot a 16" .308 Win with supersonic ammo, you know just how LOUD it is, and how hard it is to tame that volume down. With both cans, I feel zero discomfort and shoot them without ear protection on, and it does not bother me. Although I DO NOT recommend shooting any supersonic ammo (even suppressed) without proper ear protection on, as it can still cause hearing damage.
I get all of my Suppressors, Tax Stamps, and Trusts through Silencer Shop.
