I found this french fry vending machine in the Tianfu Square Metro station in Chengdu, China and I had to try it. The fries are cooked fresh in the machine. For just 10 RMB ($1.50 USD) you get french fries, ketchup, salt and pepper, and a little fork. The fries were pretty good. They came out hot and crispy. But the real appeal here is the novelty of it all.
