WHAT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER UKRAINE IN APRIL 2021:
- PCR test result (no matter now where are you coming from) is required from all foreigners
(Ukrainians can show the test or choose 2 weeks self-isolation)
- for foreigners test should be made 72 hours before arrival (or less), vaccine doesn't matter
- medical insurance for all foreigners (buy online on [ Ссылка ])

LOCKDOWN RESTRICTIONS FOR KYIV STARTING FOR 5 APRIL - 30 APRIL (OR MORE):
- borders of Ukraine remain open
- no restrictions to moving around in the street
- hotels work
- airports, railway stations - work
- masks are required in all public places (inside public buildings and transport and on the street now too, masks can be self-made)
BUT:
- restaurants, bars, pubs - closed, working only for takeaways
- cinemas, theaters, museums - shut down (but churches work and some big historical complexes like Kyiv Pechersk Lavra work too)
- entertaining centers, shopping malls - shut down (but pharmacies, grocery stores, pet stores keep working)
- beauty salons, hairdresser work by appointment
- gyms, swimming pools are closed
- no mass entertainment events
- no viewers on sports events
- public transport work only for workers of critical infrastructure with special permission
- taxes work
- schools, colleges, institutes, universities - remote learning
- kindergartens closed
- public offices and state-owned organizations of not critical infrastructure - work remotely;
- private companies are advised to work remotely if possible

Regarding the QUARANTINE ZONES of Ukraine, as for the 24th of April:
Red Zone for Kyiv, Zhytomir, Zaporizhya, Lviv, Mykolayiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Khmelnitskiy, Chernivtci, Chernihiv regions.
Orange Zone for Vinnytsya, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kirovograd, Luhansk, Rivne, Ternopil, Cherkassy regions.
Yellow Zone for Odessa (starting from 25th of April), Kherson, Ivan-Frankivsk, Zakarpattya
Green Zone for none of the regions.
