INGREDIENTS
820g of Pumpkin
4 Eggs
Parsley
Salt
45g (1/2 cup) of Parmesan
65g (1/2 cup) of Flour
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. Grate the pumpkin and transfer to the bowl. Add the eggs, parsley, salt, parmesan, and flour and mix to combine.
2. Take the mixture with the spoon and pour into the pan with hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
3. Serve pumpkin fritters all together on a serving plate.
