In this video, I make a few tweaks to a sauce by Jeff Phillips at smoking-meat.com to make it keto-friendly. This sauce is great as is, but can easily be modified depending on how you like your BBQ -- sweet, hot, or tangy. This recipe yields approximately 20 servings of 2 TBS of sauce, each with 2g net carbs (per Carb Manager).
