CHIA PUDDING
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
4 ripe bananas
4 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 Tablespoon alcohol-free vanilla extract (optional)
4 strawberries
DIRECTIONS:
Place unsweetened almond milk, ripe bananas, chia seeds and alcohol-free vanilla (optional) into a blender and mix. Plate into bowls or glasses. Place in refrigerator to set (3-4 hours). Top with strawberries.
