Harvest Feast features five sumptuous buffets featuring Native American foods and celebrates the generosity shown by American Indians at the first Thanksgiving. Chef Freddie Bitsoie (Diné) has created five "edible galleries." Four of the gallery buffets explore Native foods from the four corners of the U.S., while the fifth buffet showcases how indigenous foods form the "traditional" Thanksgiving meal.
