My family loves any kind of salad to make a nice hearty sandwich. And this Bologna Salad is always a favorite!

Bologna Salad
12 oz. pack of all beef bologna
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp dried minced onion
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
Instructions
Finely chop bologna in a food processor with cheese. Place in a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until everything is well combined. Refrigerate until ready to make sandwiches.
