V sklopu projekta AlpFoodway pripravljamo serijo petih kratkih dokumentarnih filmov o prehranski dediščini na Gorenjskem. Zadnji film govori o prehrani in prehranskih navadah v času Velike noči. Tradicija velikonočnega žegna se ohranja in prenaša na mlajše generacije tudi v družini Šlibar iz Kovorja.
Within the AlpFoodway project, we are preparing a series of five short documentary films on the food heritage of the Gorenjska region. The last one is about food and food habits during the Easter time. Tradition of the Easter food blessing is preserved and transmitted to younger generations within the family Šlibar from Kovor.
