BOUNTY CAKE RECIPE
1 Cup size 250 ml
1/2 cup size 125 ml
Ingredients:
1 & 1/4th cup All purpose Flour (182gm)
1/4th cup cocoa powder (18gm)
1 cup powdered sugar (180gm)
1 +1/2 tsp baking powder (7.5gm)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5gm)
4 large eggs
1/4th cup oil + 2 Tablespoon oil (67ml)
1+1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4th tsp salt (1gm)
1/2 cup milk (125ml)
sugar syrup :
1+1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon sugar
Chocolate Ganache :
200gm semi sweet dark chocolate compond
100ml heavy cream or fresh cream
Bounty Mix:
1 cup desiccated coconut (90gm)
1/3rd cup condensed milk (130gm)
Vanilla Whipped cream:
2 cups whipping cream (500ml) (sweetened)
(Sorry I mentioned in video unsweetened but it’s sweetened)
1+1/2 tsp vanilla essence (7.5ml)
To decorate:
1/2 cup desiccated coconut (45gm)
drop of blue gel food color
50gm semi sweet dark chocolate decorate
1 & 1/2 tablespoon heavy cream or fresh cream
1 tablespoon butter (unsalted) (13gm)
