gets into rhythm and you can wake up naturally at the end of sleep cycle everyday.
The problem with Blue Light in the evening is that it tricks your body that it's still day time. When it gets darker outside our body naturally produces a sleep hormone
called melatonin. The artifical light blocks that melatonin production - this messes your sleep pattern.
