1 week into my Functional Neurological Disorder diagnosis and I'm feeling very overwhelmed 😰 All these new symptoms, triggers and a new brain (pretty much) to understand have given me a lot of anxiety. I'm trying my best to not overthink it too much right now and just let everything sink in.
