Mini Ozine Fest 2023 is a summer cosplay event in the Philippines. It happened last May 20 - 21 at SMX Convention Center in Pasay, Metro Manila. It features a lot of guest like Charess, Ming Miho, Suitao and Ely. It was fun event and hoping for a much bigger one from Ozine Fest team.
