I don't know when this interaction pops up or how much time it takes for this interaction to proc. I've been wearing a harness which counts as just wearing underwear and Gale has something funny to say about it.

For those wondering how I got the Harness camp outfit, it's from Haarlep in Raphael's House of Hope.

I read through some of your comments & wanted to give you some info on my gameplay:
• I don't know what actually triggers this scene, but according to the comments, it's after obtaining Haarlep's underwear & equipping it (Act 3).
• I was not romancing Gale during this campaign; I was actually romancing Astarion LOL.
