Meet our team: get to know Niki Pearson, patient concierge. In this video Mark P. Trolice, M.D., a board-certified reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist and founder of Fertility CARE: The IVF Center, interviews the latest member of the team.

Mark P. Trolice: Hi everybody, I just wanted to welcome the newest member of our fertility care of the IVF Center family, Niki Pearson. Niki is going to be your patient concierge, and she also oversees marketing. So I just wanted to give you an opportunity Niki, to share with everyone, what services you can offer them, what can they count on from you?

Niki: I'm here to help in any way that I can. I want to be there for the patients, if they have questions, or if they need to speak with someone, if they have concerns, even if it's a clinical question, and they need help, I can direct them to the appropriate person. So I'm here to help any way that I can to make them feel more comfortable in our office.

Mark P. Trolice: Nikki is going to be taking all of your phone calls for non-medical issues. She also oversees the welcome reception. Niki will also be at the exhibit booths when we do conferences like the one we’re going to be doing in South Florida for the National Infertility Awareness Week.

Niki: Absolutely.

Mark P. Trolice: You do something on the side that I think will be pretty interesting for everybody to know about. Tell me what you do with children and the health of the children and sports.

Niki: Absolutely. My husband and I run a children's sports program, here in the Central Florida area, to help children get outside, get off the tablet, get off the phones, video games, be active, and have fun.
