I heard Khao Soi was world famous, the best soup in Thailand, legendary, and all kinds of things. So of course, I had to go try it for myself! I chose to eat at a restaurant called Khao Soi Nimman, in the Nimman district of Chiang Mai, Thailand. The menu here was insane. I got the Big Bowl of Khao Soi which had every meat, seafood, and basically all the good stuff on the menu in a single massive bowl of soup. On top of all that, I also order a side of the (also famous from Northern Thailand) Saiua, and spicy, lemon grassey, sausage.

This meal was so amazing I plan to go back here every time I'm in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and have already gone back once.
