Like you saw in the last video, I found a way of creating "pearl cells" without using the diluted acrylic technique.
The white paint used to create pearl cells is a mix of:
Wall paint (mixed with floetrol 1:1, and a little bit of water)
+
Decoart satin enamel white paint
+
Floetrol
+
Water
So 1 part wall paint + 1 part satin enamel + 1/2 part of floetrol + water until the consistency is the same as the other colors. No silicone.
Paint mix for colors:
1 part acrylic paint for 2 parts floetrol, and a little bit of water.
