Cab ride in DB heritage diesel hydraulic locomotive [IEG] 216 224-4 Regensburg Hbf back to Nuremberg on the 5th October 2014 returning from a tour "KuK - Monarchy Steam Express (shared with Railway Touring Company as “Danube Steam Express" and others). A substantial part of this tour was steam hauled – but the steam locomotives can now be seen in the loop after handover shortly after departure from the station.

The driver is Armin Gotz, who is both the owner and operator of the locomotive and also IGE Adventure Travel and Travel Service GmbH who organised and ran this tour,
