This build is League Starter capable, Campaign was super easy using the Wolves tech, early mapping also an absolute breeze with Spectral Throw Deadeye in Path of Exile 3.25. For a budget build I am super satisfied by how well the build does overall and look forward to making it betta. I have already assembled the build to the min/max version that is able to do all content but will upload more budget guides for you to follow along with.
