On July 1st the Illinois Railway Museum held a 70 for 70 trolley pageant in honor of their 70th anniversary. The event featured a parade of 71 pieces of electric traction equipment (some of which hadn't run in 10 years) and one diesel. Rarely seen equipment ran such as the South Shore Line 803, Illinois Central electric Pullmans and Highliners, South Shore line car 1100, and more.
