There's something about cemeteries - especially old, elaborate ones - that draws me. Historic Oakwood Cemetery in Raleigh is in my view the most beautiful in North Carolina. Every time I go, I discover something new to me - a famous name in the region, an interesting tombstone, a secluded patch of trees.
